meiosis.org.uk was a site that offered information on collectors / botanists who were active mainly in the Nineteenth century - though some included fall outside that time frame. The aim of the site was to provide some information about the collectors whose sheets were included in the H@H project organised by the BSBI and Tom Humphrey (HerbariaUnited is the website of the Botanical Collection Managers Group (BCMG), a specialist group of the Linnean Society of London.) The site was suspended in 2017 and the pdf files linked from Natstand are static copies of the pages it provided. Thanks to Chris Liffen for granting permission to preserve this useful material.
